Allan is sadly missed by me.
We were close friends for around 44 years. In our 30’s in Melbourne we enjoyed some great parties.
When I started business in New Zealand Allan came to stay in my house for a few months and supported my venture
Over the past few years Allan visited me in Vietnam. We caught up with each other when we could in New Zealand and Australia .
In recent years we kept in touch with a regular phone calls every couple of weeks.
To say I miss him is an understatement.
Allan’s sudden death has caused me deeply to reflect on my life.
I choose my close friends very carefully.
Allan is one of a few friends.
A very special Man with the highest of values.
I am honored he shared time with me.
Best wishes
Jon Webb
Allan you were a fun friend from the good old days in the 80’s. I learned a lot of handy tips from you and appreciate the memories
