Maureen was a great lady. I first met Maureen when she owned the Pet Shop and we have been in touch since she moved to be closer to her brother Frank. A decision she knew was the right one.
I had written Maureen’s name on my calendar to ring her during the school holidays because she was on my heart but failed to do so. I am really sad I didn’t get to chat with her again.
May God bless you Maureen. My heartfelt sympathy to Frank & all your friends & relatives.
I only met Maureen 3 times and regret not meeting her sooner. Listening to Frank and Maureen talk with my father George and Uncle Edward Nichols brought me such joy. Maureen shared some interesting Benbow history, photos and gifted to me a precious heirloom given to her by her Grandfather Arthur, my Great grandfather.
Rest in Peace dear Maureen.
With love Martine 💕💐

I met Maureen when I got my first job at 16, she was my supervisor at Grosby. We became good friends and worked together at Country Roads and Rivers. When Maureen opened Annie’s Pet shop I worked with her there for nearly 10 years. She was a lovely lady and was so happy when she was able to go back to Castlemaine to be closer to her brother Frank. Friends for nearly 40 years. Sadly I missed Maureen’s Funeral but she was in my thoughts. I will miss our phone calls.
Sympathy to Frank and Maureen’s family.
Love Michelle xx
