10th October 1960 – 21st February 2024, aged 63 years. Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family and friends. Devoted Partner to Susan. Loving Father to Jay, Ricky & Tara, James & Abby and Amber. Beloved Pop to Ava, Brax, Cruz, Amelia, Tye, Grace, Harlow, Caleb, Danika and Nathan. Great-Grandfather to Joey and Thane.

He will be remembered for his kind, loving spirit and simply living for those he loved. Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I’ll miss you, until we meet again.

The Funeral Service to honour Rick’s life will be held at the Thompson Memorial Chapel, 123 Mostyn Street, Castlemaine on Thursday, 29th February 2024 commencing at 11.30am. At the conclusion of the Service, in accordance with his wishes, Rick will be Privately Cremated.
