GERNHOEFER (Nee; Horne), Beverley Joy
Late of Epsom, passed away peacefully on 21st May 2020, aged 80 years. Born in Te Kuiti, New Zealand; to Walter and Mavis Horne, with sisters Leonie, Shirley, Lorraine and brother Neville. Beverley moved to Australia in 1978 and to Victoria in 1984. Beverley was devoted to her family and was actively involved in her community.
Beverley, you will be missed deeply by your much loved husband of 62 years, Ian. Loving children Wayne, Gaylene, Robyn and Grant and their partners; Julie, Marcus, Mark and Carla. 14 adoring grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sister Leonie, friends and other family in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the USA.
A Private Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 27th May in Castlemaine. Should you wish to commemorate Beverley’s life, rather than flowers or gifts to the family, please consider a contribution to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (nbcf.org.au).

During my time as President at Castlemaine Lions I had the great pleasure of working with you and Bev being a lions lady. We had lots of laughs.
