GRIMES, Michael John
03/04/1941 – 23/10/2019. Dearly loved husband to Lila. Pillar and Stalwart of the Maldon Community. Father to 7 children, Father in law to 6, Grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild. Died surrounded by peace and love. A true role model to all.
A Requiem Mass and Funeral Service for the late Mr. Michael John Grimes will be offered at St Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church, 801/821 Creswick-Newstead Road, Sandon on Wednesday (October 30th, 2019) commencing at 1.30pm. Following this Service, Michael will be laid to rest at the Sandon Cemetery.
We will remember you as a dear and respected neighbour, a much loved husband, parent, grandparent, great grandparent and Grandad to Mim, a staunch supporter and worker for the community and an all rounder good bloke. We admired your empathy for all people and your constant efforts to make the world a better place for everyone. We will miss you Mike Grimes. Bev and Mark
