MEDBURY, Brian Kenneth

10.11.1934 ~ 12.09.2020.

Passed away peacefully. Loving Husband of 65 Years to Beth. Adored and loved Father of Heather (Dec), Grant & Fiona. Respected Father-in-law of Robert, Kathy and Steven. Cherished Grandfather of 10 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.

Forever in our hearts. God saw that you were weary, the hill too steep to climb, he gently closed your tired eyes and whispered, “Peace be mine”. A tender thought, brings a tear, a silent wish, that you were here. His life was good, his heart was kind, a better man, you’ll never find. Until we meet again, your ever loving Wife Beth.

Our dearest Pa, since we first could walk and talk, we were out in the shed or garden with you, learning the things that school could never teach us. It was you who taught us the meaning of hard work, and doing things right the first time. Your warmth, compassion and love for your family and community will be the everlasting legacy for which you are remembered. Revered by all who knew you, your humour and infectious chuckle will be forever missed. Our love always your adoring grandkids – Michael, Daniel, Joshua, Kate, Nathan, Sarah, Emily, Nicholas, James, Brianna and great grandson Dash.

To my Dearest Dad, a man like no other. He gave me life, nurtured me, taught me, fought for me, held me, kissed me, but most importantly he loved me unconditionally. There are not enough words I can say to describe just how important my Dad is to me, and what a powerful influence he will continue to be to all of us. I love you dad. Owna, Steven, Nicholas, James and Bub xxx

A loving father and grandfather, Dad could always be relied upon to support us no matter what we did. A strong sense of family and community, he created a very close family bond that is even stronger now. A strong battle until the end, his love for his family never wavered and his loss leaves a hole in our hearts. Our love always Grant, Kathy, Nathan, Sarah and Emily.

In accordance with his wish, a Private Funeral for Brian will be held.
