The Funeral Service to honour Sam’s life will be held at the Maldon Community Centre, 6 Francis Street, Maldon on Friday January 18^th, 2019 commencing at 10.30am.

 A Private Cremation will follow.

 In lieu of flowers, donations to Road Trauma Support Services Victoria in honour of Sam would be appreciated. Envelopes will be provided at the Service.
