It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beautiful loving caring mum Vicki Lyn Mountford.

She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on the 7th December at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Loving mum to Heath, Luke and Naomi.
Mother-in-law to Amanda, Skye and Adam.
Nana to Caleb, Levi, Evie and the Granddaughter she wasn’t able to meet.
Also a loving mother to her furbabies, Lola, Moe and Pumpkin.
A piece of our hearts will remain with you forever Mum.
We all feel so lucky to have had a special and supportive mum as you.
I hope you know how loved you were.
Forever you will be missed.
